Pure Pole - Pole dancing lessons and classes in Hereford for all shapes and sizes or anyone of any age. This is NOT lap dancing or anything to do with stripping. Our Pole dancing classes are dance/fitness classes only. Classes are for complete beginners to professionals and are a great way to keep fit, slim, strong and flexible while giving you confidence in dance and an opportunity to compete in national competitions if you want.

Well it certainly had it's highs and lows but once again the Pure Pole girls did us all proud! We came away from this heat with two more into the finals! Smile Haley came first in the amateur round and our very own instructor Annie came away with a first place in the Professional round. Unfortunately Sharn Web missed out on getting through to the finals in this heat but will have her second and final bite at the Pole Divas apple in last heat heat of the competition!
